Lilac Barn has recently relocated to English Hurdle where they make Hurdles for fences and work for the environment agency restoring river banks.
The studio is light, airy and recently refurbished.
Accomodation for the residential courses should be booked by the students. There are several alternatives depending on whether the student requires B and B or self catering. Home cooked lunch is included and taken in the house. There are several good pubs and restaurants for you to choose from for your evening meal.
Our main source of student accommodation will be the newly converted farm cottages Walkers Farm Cottages. These are a short drive away or just ten minutes walk across the fields. These are self-catering and have just been awarded a 4 star rating by the Tourist Board - click below for details:

Go to Taunton or Bridgewater and transport will be arranged to Burrowbridge. Buses are few and far between and only go as far as the the main road. |
